The website said they "ran small" and recommended you order a size larger. I normally would wear a XL so I ordered a XXL. When it got here I figured out that in my case I would have needed to order a XXXL. I also figured out why they run small, they are women's jackets. Pockets too high, like you would find on a woman's jacket. Zipper's pulls on the female side, left hand. At the time of purchase they offered a second jacket at half off so I also ordered a men's medium for my woman's size small wife. My wife made comment on the pockets and zipper being female. It fit not too bad, but because I was returning mine I didn't feel it would have been right to keep the 1/2 price one so I returned both for credit.

love this coat... super warm yet not bulky, lots of pockets and extras, great in the wind... seems built really well, would recommend... like others said, sizes run small so go up at least one...
the zipper pulls on the wrong side but get used to it quick...

Buy at least two size bigger. Wish you had Tall size for tall people.

I ordered a large and was shipped a extra large; probably a good thing the sizes run small. Order one size larger.

The product seems very much like I anticipated. Light weight material and looked like a quality piece.
There was an error in delivery - a size "S" was sent instead of my "XL" order. Customer service was helpful in getting it replaced but unfortunately that was costly for me with return shipping. Further once I received the "XL" it was still too small. I'm 6' 190 lbs. but I could not zip the jacket closed and my arms were 2 inches longer than the sleeve. Very much undersized for what I am used to seeing in "XL" and disappointing considering I'm considered pretty typical sized.
Too much time and energy required to get the product to my satisfaction so I decided to drop the process and gave it away.
